Rs 50,000 is where most phone buyers in Pakistan shop, and it is also where the choice is most confusing. Every brand has three or four models at this price, and the spec sheets look almost identical. This is the short list we give customers who walk into our shop at Hafeez Centre and ask, "which one should I get?"
All prices below are KARTiN prices at the time of writing (October 2026) and every phone is PTA Approved, so there is no tax to pay and any Pakistani SIM works. Prices change, so tap through to the product page for today's price.
The quick answer
- Most people: Samsung Galaxy A07 (Rs 37,500)
- Battery first: OPPO A6c (Rs 42,500)
- Fast charging on a budget: Redmi 15C (Rs 42,999)
- Tough phone: vivo Y05 (Rs 41,500) or nubia V80 Max (Rs 42,500)
Samsung Galaxy A07: the safe choice
The Galaxy A07 runs on the Helio G99, has a 50MP main camera, a 5000mAh battery and IP54 splash resistance. Its real advantage is software: Samsung promises six major Android upgrades, which is far longer than most phones at this price. If you keep a phone for three or four years, this matters more than an extra camera.
OPPO A6c: the battery pick
The OPPO A6c has a 7000mAh battery, which is huge for this price. For someone who is out all day and cannot charge, it is the easiest recommendation.
Redmi 15C and POCO C85: fast charging
Both have a 6000mAh battery with 33W charging, so a long battery that also refills quickly. The Redmi 15C is under Rs 43,000; the POCO C85 is a little above our Rs 50,000 line at Rs 52,000 but worth a look if you can stretch.
vivo Y05 and nubia V80 Max: for rough use
The vivo Y05 pairs a 6500mAh battery with IP65 dust and water resistance. The nubia V80 Max has a 6000mAh battery and is built to survive drops of around 1.8m. Either is a good phone for a delivery rider, a student or anyone hard on their phones.
Other phones under Rs 50,000 we stock
- Infinix SMART 20: 5200mAh with a 120Hz screen
- TECNO Spark Go 3: 5000mAh with an infrared remote blaster
- vivo Y05E, Redmi A7 Pro, realme C100i and itel City 200 (IP65)
- nubia V80 Pro at Rs 47,500
If you can spend a little more
Just above Rs 50,000, the vivo Y11d (6500mAh, 44W) and the Redmi 15 (7000mAh, Snapdragon 685, 144Hz screen) are both a real step up. If your budget is lower, see our best phones under Rs 40,000.
Should you buy Non-PTA to save money?
At this price, almost never. The PTA tax on a phone often costs more than the phone is worth. Read PTA approved or non-PTA before you decide.
